Good to know: plans are for properties in the county of Hertfordshire (not Luton). We check your postcode when you join. Repairs are always priced before we start, with labour at your member rate. Out-of-warranty parts are charged at our standard price.

Why a plan with us
Direct contact with Craig and Sophie
When you ring us, you speak to Craig or Sophie Wells, who founded the firm together, never a call centre. Sophie runs the office and everyday operations. Visits are carried out by Craig or by our trusted Gas Safe registered engineers, working to his standards, and we stay responsible for every job.
- Serviced properly, every year. To the manufacturer's instructions, with flue gas analyser readings and a written record. Many manufacturer guarantees ask for exactly this.
- Any make of gas boiler. Same service standard and the same price, whatever you have.
- No travel charge anywhere in Hertfordshire. Members pay our Hertfordshire rates across the county.
- 12-month workmanship guarantee. If something we did isn't right, we'll come back and put it right.
- No minimum term. Your plan runs month to month, and you can cancel online whenever you choose.

One visit a year for the boiler service and the CP12, a reminder well before it's due, and a digital copy for your records. If your tenant has a heating or hot-water problem, we'll prioritise it.
£25 a month per property. Extra gas appliances beyond the boiler plus 1 other are £30 each at the annual visit.

Common questions about our plans
Is a care plan the same as boiler insurance?
No. Our care plans are service agreements, not insurance. They pay for your scheduled servicing and priority access to our team. Repairs, parts and further labour are charged at member rates, and we always give you a price before we start.
Do you look after my make of boiler?
Yes. Plans are open to any make of gas boiler, at the same price. We're a Vaillant Advanced Installer, but every boiler gets the same service standard.
What if my boiler needs work at the first service?
Every plan starts with a first service. If we find your boiler unsafe or needing repair, we'll explain what's needed and give you a price at your member rate. Plan visits continue once it's in safe working order.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Once our plans launch there'll be no minimum term: you'll be able to cancel at any time by calling or emailing us, and your plan will stop at the end of the month you've paid for. You'll also be able to cancel within 14 days of joining for a full refund (if you ask us to visit in that time, we'll charge a fair amount for the work done). If you cancel within 12 months of your first plan service, we'll ask you to pay the difference between your plan payments and our standard price for the visits you've had, and never more than that. Plans aren't on sale yet, so there's nothing to cancel today.
