When you ring us, you speak to Craig or Sophie, never a call centre. Visits are carried out by Craig or by our trusted Gas Safe registered engineers, working to his standards, and we stay responsible for every job.

Sophie Wells co-founded Ritchie Wells Plumbing & Heating with Craig and was fundamental to setting up the firm. She runs the office and our everyday operations, including the bookings and reminders for our care plans.

We're specialists in the design and installation of gas fired central heating and plumbing, and we look after boilers of any make.
