About this service
We carry out Landlord Gas Safety Records (CP12) and boiler servicing for rented homes across Hertfordshire.
Our Landlord care plan puts the boiler service and the CP12 into one visit each year, with reminders well before it's due and a digital copy for your records.
If an appliance fails the safety check, we'll follow Gas Safe procedures, explain what's needed and give you a quote. The CP12 is issued once the appliances pass.

Care plans from £14 a month
The Landlord plan includes the annual service and CP12 for the boiler plus 1 other gas appliance, for £25 a month per property.
